Riley Towers’ three phase project included a new state of the art fitness center, a business office and welcome center. Phase I was a highly competitive project that included a total demo and remodel of the existing fitness center. The completed fitness center resulted in a modern, updated space with hydration stations, a new spa, remodeled hot tub, lockers, a yoga room and advanced equipment. Phase II was a new business office that reflected Riley Towers’ new look. The remaining Phase III welcome center is currently in progress. The Special Projects team ensured that this turn-key project met schedules and budgets.
