The Randall Residence at Gateway Park Senior Living facility, overseen by Construction Manager Meyer Najem, is a new 144,000-square-foot, three-story continuum of care senior living campus. It offers memory care, assisted living, and independent living units and cottages with access to numerous living and wellness amenities. The design fosters programmed synergies with Hancock Health and their new medical office complex directly across a shared pond.
