Eight Eleven Group Headquarters

Situated in the heart of Broad Ripple Village, just north of downtown Indianapolis, Eight Eleven Group’s Corporate Headquarters is a prominent new addition to Meyer Najem’s corporate portfolio. 

Construction for the mixed-use facility began in early June 2021, just down the street from the company’s original location on Broad Ripple Avenue. Creating a substantial space in such a condensed area had its fair share of challenges. A high-traffic street, narrow alleys, and increased pedestrian traffic, all factored into Meyer Najem’s approach to completing the space on time with minimal interference to the surrounding area.

The facility was completed in late fall 2022 and includes a four-story building spanning nearly 60,000 sq. ft. It features offices, conference rooms, wellness spaces, a state-of-the-art training center, and, most notably, a rooftop terrace and lounge area. Primary parking for the facility is an underground, 17,000 sq. ft., 51-space garage. Meyer Najem is excited to be a part of this transformative extension of Broad Ripple Village and is thankful for the project team that brought this facility to fruition.
