Columbus VA Outpatient Clinic

The site started as a 21 acre wooded site that was cleared and graded. A new one story outpatient clinic was built with a large parking lot, loop road, and loading dock. Throughout the project, there were lots of unforeseen rock that needed to be removed by blasting. The Meyer Najem team brought in a rock crusher to turn the rock into gravel to be used in various areas around the site. Procurement of the main electrical switchgear was also a major challenge. Meyer Najem built the entire building on temporary power as the gear was delayed for 5 months.

Including this project, Meyer Najem has completed 6 VA clinics across the country.
