What do Superintendents do?
It is the Superintendent’s entire area of focus and responsibility to make sure a construction project runs efficiently and reflects high quality work. Our team of Superintendents work directly with subcontractors, crews, or our own self-performance team, to ensure that tasks are completed and standards are met. From putting safety first, to embracing technology, Meyer Najem’s Superintendent Team is passionate about revolutionizing the project experience for clients.
What makes the Superintendent team successful?
A successful Superintendent leads with a safety focused mentality, and is passionate about communicating and managing. For our Superintendent Team, our clients goals and objectives are at the forefront. Our leaders can clearly and completely understand the project’s scope of work and implement it precisely. Whenever faced with a challenge, our Superintendents are proactive and resourceful.
Meeting Clients Critical Success Factors
At the beginning of every project, our team works with the client to identify several items that reflect a successful project together. We take those success factors and identify how they align with our project’s scope of work, budget, and timeline. Throughout each construction phase, our Superintendents proactively plan how our teams will surpass our clients expectations.
