We know that the success of a project is dependent upon the strength of our relationships with our subcontractors. We are fortunate to work with many fantastic partners, creating safe and successful projects together for our clients. In an effort to recognize those partners we have developed the Golden Hammer Awards. We receive nominations from our employees and have a committee who chooses winners in the following categories: Innovation, Project Management, Field Supervision and Craft Persons, Accounting, and Estimating.
Meyer Najem employees enjoy the opportunity to surprise the winners by showing up at their places of work with trophies and delicious Meyer Najem cookies.
